Property Tax Notices & Home Owner Grants

2012 property tax notices will be mailed out May 28 this year. Although you may pay in person at City Hall, tax bills can also be paid online through your financial institution or via telephone banking to avoid long line-ups. Home Owner Grants can also be claimed online. Some financial institutions, although not all, will accept property tax payments at their counters. In person payments at City Hall will be accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The property tax section of City Hall will also be open late all Thursdays in June until 8:00 pm to assist clients who are unable to attend during normal working hours. If you do not receive your tax invoice, please call us at 604-467-7316 and we will fax or email you a copy.
